| This is a great gate for length and ease of "installation" (it is pressure mounted), however, with all the twisting to adjust the sides to the suitable length, I never could get them just right so my gate has a little sway to it when it is not in place. I store mine behind a door but it won't lay quite flat. This is not a problem with function, probably more like user-error. |

| My 12-yr-old cat has been indoors since age 6 wks. His mom was feral. He never did adapt well, & would hide or run when anyone approached. Even me, the feeder, if I didn't do it right.
He got worse after hurricane Katrina, and spent about 6 months wedged behind a bookcase. Any loud noise or unfamiliar person would send him scurrying. | I used to think these were the greatest, and then summer time came. I live in Colorado. Summer's are pretty temperate, but if the temperature in you house every rises to 80, these are no longer effective at trapping odor. In fact they really smell. And the smell gets trapped in the plastic of the litter locker itself. And it just keeps smelling. Otherwise, these are great for 3/4 of the year. |

| Beware of other brands - Feliway is what you want. This price is excellent. No need to extoll the virtues of pheromone diffusion, which the other reviews here amply cover.
I will add, however, that mourning for a loss in the household is helped by pheromone diffusion for cats which are sensitive to it. A few cats just don't respond, as is true for most medications and treatments. |

| I have had the pen for a month and it provides safe keeping for my elderly dog. It was easy to assemble, and it's also versatile: sometimes I "collapse" it into a gate and pen off larger areas in my home for him to roam. The cost also was quite reasonable. |

| Since I already posted a review for the Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain, I am going to keep this review focused on the product itself, which is the new and improved filter.
I can't say that I was all that thrilled with the previous filter for use with the older version of the Drinkwell Pet Fountain. It was always producing a lot of charcoal in my cats water and although it didn't hurt him, I still didn't like the site of all that "garbage" in the bottom of his water dish.
