| I have used this for years without a problem, but I believe that they have changed the formula, because it quit working a few months ago when I bought my new batch. My vet said that they have gotten a lot of similar complaints, and that long time users have switched to other products. I am now using Advantix which works great, and also is supposed to repel mosquitoes, but there have been some cases where Advantix causes a skin reaction in some dogs, so you might want to try a single dose before buying ... | This is a great product. My dog & cat love having fresh water available all the time. It has a good capacity too. It has a very quiet motor except when it needs to be cleaned. It sounds like a water feature in the house when it is turned up high. |

| This product is awesome. It really works. Just make sure that if you have 2 dogs, to get 2 collars. I didn't and every time the other dog barked, the poor dog with the collar got sprayed since it's sound activated. Live and learn! |

| We recently ordered this heatpad for our outdoor stray cat that adopted us recently. We wanted to find a way to keep him warm through the cold nights outside (temps get down in the 30s and high 20s). We generally heat it up at about 10pm and when we check on Chip around 7 or 8 am, the pad is still somewhat warm. He likes to sleep on it. | I couldn't believe it, but it worked exactly as it said it would. After two weeks, the tears stopped staining. | The title for the product says 5LBS which is the newer version and the picture they have is the newer version. But they ship you the 4.2LBS old version which is much harder to program, doesn't have the option of plugging in a power adapter, the food bowl doesn't detach for cleaning, and cats can stick the paw up the shoot and make it release food. All reasons they discontinued the 4.2LBS version and now have the 5LBS version, the one that amazon has pictured. Classic bait and switch, amazon is a horrible company. |

| My sweet Jackson has suffered from repeated yeast infections in his ears. It seems that we were always at the vet due to his incessant head shaking and ear scratching. The vet visits and myriad of meds prescribed were not only VERY expensive but were ineffective too!
