| Out of the 5 different gates I have tried, I like this one the best for pressure mount. I intended to use this only as a pressure mount, and so I haven't had all the problems other reviewers have posted. One of the other gates I bought was the plastic Safety 1st with the holes in it -- it was the only one available at BRU. By comparison, the solid plastic gate is SIGNiFICANTLY better. I feel this gate is pretty sturdy and has held up well with occasional use for 7 months. |

| I finally got tired of my toddler (2 1/2 years old) destroying everything in my office. The opening was very large, and I was pleasantly surprised to find this gate which fits my needs exactly. It was nice and tall, it is pressure mounted, and it is nice and wide as well. She is just about 3 now, and she still can't figure out how the gate opens. Yippee! |

| I finally got tired of my toddler (2 1/2 years old) destroying everything in my office. The opening was very large, and I was pleasantly surprised to find this gate which fits my needs exactly. | I operate and in home daycare and needed a gate to fit a large opening to seperate our formal living room and dining room- which we use as playspace for the kids. This worked perfectly !! Now our NON walkers don't get trampled by the bigger kids . We now have a designated "baby area". I love this gate . This gate gets a lot of heavy use being opened all day long to access the babies. | That means I LOVE the Cat Windoor! I live in military housing so this is great to let the cats in and out as they please without ruining the door. Housing would not be pleased. No litterbox means less nonsense for me to keep up with while hubby is deployed. PLUS, the kitties have never been been happier. They get exercise and entertainment outside so no scratching up the furniture either. YAY!

| I thought these steps were made of foam. I was misled by the "Soft Step" description in the product title. It is hard, molded plastic that you snap together and put a "sheep skin" cover over (I guess that's the "soft" part). It's quite similar to the ones Walgreen's sells for $10.00. |

I ended up using it in a different place in the apartment, and it's certainly easy to put up and take down. All in all, a fine product if you don't need it to be permanent. |

| I love this gate! It's super easy to use so that my 5 year old and 3 year old can do it without assistance, which is key so that I don't have to be running to let them upstairs all the time! It keeps the baby safe, so I have much less worry. (With 3 kids that's a blessing!) It's also awesome because I can use it on my banisters with the Kidco Y Spindle (sold separately) and I don't have to mark up or drill holes in my lovely oak banister. I haven't found a thing wrong with this gate yet! |
