| This was the best product I could have purchased. I have 3 dogs, well 2 now, (lost one). My back yard is fenced off and I only have a slider on the back side of the house to get to the backyard. I didn't want to install a "doggy door" in the structure of the house, so I bought this type of door and it worked "great". My dogs love it. I can't keep them in the house. | I have had two of these pet doors for the last 8 years and am just now replaceing them. They tend to warp after so many hot and cold days. But I would say that anything that last 8 years is an excellent product. I just bought two more for the pups..... |

| This door is great though my guys have had a little adjustment problem with the double door. Had to bait them with food and even tape it open for a time. The part that forms the between the inside and outside walls is a little flimsy--I hope it holds up. Framing this into a 2x6 new construction wall there really could be a little more material for the "flimsy" part to provide a little more overlap. Outside of that it is a good unit. |

| This cat flap is basically well constructed and seems durable. However, there was no effort in providing an air barrier between the inside / outside of the house. There is a substancial air gap around the flap which will let a LOT of air flow around the opening. Perhaps I was expecting too much, but my hope was to have an actual air barrier. |

| I received this as a shower gift and have since made it the only gift I give to new and expectant mothers. It has caught on so much within my circle of friends that we all have them and bring them with us when we travel. | We use this gate in our home to keep the dogs out of the cat side of the house. It is really sturdy, easy to install and has been a huge improvement over the last gate we used. Excellent product! |

| I love this cat door! I wanted a way for my cats to get in and out of the closet to get to the litter box and they took to it immediately! I liked it so much - and it was so cute after i painted it white to match the door - that I bought a second one! I put that one in my pantry for their food since they tend to get a little messy when they eat. Now when guests come in my house the only sign of cats is the cats themselves!

| For the first several weeks, after my dog figured out how to use this product it was great. Unfortunately, after about 2 months it started acting up, where the receiver would chime at random times. As you can imagine this was quite annoying, and essentially made the device useless.
