| Both my trainer and my vet recommend this product. I have had good luck with this product with both a 62-lb retriever and an 18-lb beagle. I need them to walk quietly by my side as I am training them to hopefully be therapy dogs. This device helps me bring their attention back to me. They don't like it, because I'm now in charge, not them, but it doesn't hurt them. They would rather go chase after the squirrel, but now they can't pull me with them when they catch the scent. | I have a very energetic Jack Russell. His energy was not the problem, his hunting instincts were! I have tried numerous products and numerous training techniques. What a difference this collar makes when walking my 83lb Standard Poodle. | I bought this leash over a year ago at an even cheaper price than this. I previously had one of those smaller leashes that wore out a couple months after I bought it. My dog could never make up her mind which way she wanted to go. So I found this one and thought at this price, how can you go wrong? I love it. It's totally worth it. I would definitely consider it heavy-duty and highly recommend it! |

| HI,There are 2 things to know about this product.
1. This item is for WHITE lights even though it is not stated in the advertisement. I was disappointeed that they were not red when I got them in the mail. I will let you know how customer service responds to my inquery about this. 2. You need to PRESS and HOLD for 30 seconds (or more) to get them out of "tester mode". Otherwise they will not stay lit for more than a couple minutes. |

| A pretty collar for a special dog but a little on the heavy side. I've toyed with keeping it or sending it back but think I'll hang onto it and try it when my dog is a little bigger. Right now it just seems too bulky for a 6 month old goldendoodle puppy. Other than that, the built-in leash is a very nice feature. |

| This is a great idea, I wish I had known about Bamboo leashes long ago! I feel better knowing my dog can see out the windows, but is not in any danger of bad falls with possible short stops. I use it all the time. Sturdy and well made with convenient features like the key and waste bag holder. I highly recommend this product. |

| After using this collar for several months now I can say it performed exactly as advertised. My dog responds instantly to the slightest tug from me on the leash. He no longer can pull and walks nicely beside me. It was a transformation from the first walk we took. It does not hurt your dog. It makes it uncomfortable them to pull from the top part of the neck. |
