| I, too, thought I had a great product. Until just after my warranty expired. My PPC decided one day to short circuit itself, and get so hot I could not even pick it up. It warped the leather of my carrying case, and could well have started a fire if I had left it near papers on my desk. Now, it only works when it wants to. HP's response is too bad. | Love it. I run a couple of applications on this for my business and it is such a time saver. Some little technical things every now and then which are easily re-set with a self test. |

| A couple of weeks ago, I broke my ClieSJ33, and purchased this upgrade from an Amazon seller after reading the reviews. I'm glad I did! I heartily recommend it, and want to add a few tips:
THE CONS: *the biggest down side is the size. Now when everything is ipod or cell phone size, this is large too carry around--it is over 5" high (put it this way, you would need to purchase a special size case)--but the other dimensions aren't bad. | I spent a lot of time trying to develop a Text Messaging/Mapping over MURS application for the PocketPC/WinCE platform in 2002, and picked up the E740 as my target device, thinking I was getting a "good deal". But Toshiba never supported this device properly, and its Operating System couldn't be upgraded... besides, the thing was a piece of junk anyway - constantly losing all your data, and a big hassle to synchronize... I had been a happy Palm user before, and was quickly dismayed at the poor quality of the device.

| The idea is great: in my case, rather than lug a buch of guidebooks around Rome, I would simply enter various points of interest, restaurants, etc. into the device, then wander around. If I felt like stopping, I could check the device to see what was around that was interesting, or find my way somewhere.
However, the thing takes so long to get a fix, loses its signal so easily, and is so brain dead about what direction you are heading, I darn near threw it into the Tiber, where it belongs. The TomTom software (Navigator 6) ... Read More: |

| I learned of this PC Edge earlier last year and got around to buying it in August. I've been using it for over a month now in Washington State and traveled to Texas with it and my internet worked no matter where I traveled. All I have to say is, "Where has this device been?" It works great! |

| It only has up to Flash Player 6 which is built in, in it, and to the best of my knowledge and research at this moment of writting this review and I have done some, I can't upgrade it. Thus I can't play Youtube, Dailymotion, etc. on it or watch movies on it.
Maybe if somebody know how to upgrade it to the latest Flash Player or to atleast Flash Player 9 or maybe to something equivalent or comparable, I would ask them to please share that knowledge here. |

| I bought the Sony PEG-S360 Clie soley for the purpose of keeping my schedule on it, and it works really well for that! It will show you your hourly schedule, block it weekly so you can see where you have free time, a monthly calander, and a split screen with what time your appointments are and a task checklist. I'm in college, so the task feature is very handy for keeping assignment due dates.
