| I want to Home Depot Expo they had a performer on display I had been looking to buy one for a while. I was willing to pay full price. The one he had on display was broken. The salesman went to the back. When he came back he said he had three total they were all damage, The plastic tops were broken. | Let me start by saying that my last Weber gas grill was 13 years old when I replaced it with the Genesis E-320. During that 13 years I used it 1-2 times per week. I never replaced anything on the grill. In fact, I don't even think I cleaned the flavor bars more than once during that time.

| I was a bit shocked to see vents on top of the 7554 cover. Seem like a stupid idea. I called Weber and their answer was, "water will not harm the grill". Probably true but it does make a mess. Not being able to find a good solution aside from covering the cover with another cover which is also a stupid idea,I covered the vents. Duct tape came first but it didn't work. Finding an adhesive that sticks to both nylon and plastic was a bit difficult. But my final solution, and it worked, was to cut a thin piece of plastic, (I used a ... Read More: |

| This is a top notch product, well made out of good material but when you toss a steak or burger on the grill you will not get those nice grill marks on your meat that you expect to see.
The SS racks don't have the mass of the porcelain on steel racks my grill came with and consequently don't have the same browning effect. I will be replacing these SS racks with the porcelain on steel racks. The cast iron racks are just too much trouble to bother with. |

| When looking into purchasing my first grill, I went with Weber because I knew I would be purchasing a grill that would last. | As usual, weber does not disappoint. Quality is good and worth the money. The handle designs are robust and fit well in large hands. The lanyards are big enough to hook of the new Weber gas grill "button" style hooks, that was the biggest problem I had shopping for a grill tool set. Why I even thought of straying from Weber, I'll never know. |

| I purchased a replacement set of 5. Two of the original bars had rusted pretty bad after six years of use. I suspect they are made of inferior stainless. Otherwise, they do a great job on my Genesis Gold grill. |

| The apron I received doesn't have buckle on the top "loop". It is not adjustable - one has to tie a knot there to shorten it. There is a pocket in the front. Other than that the item is of a high quality. |
