| I had to return this machine because the software is incompatible with Vista 64 bit. It seems incredible that HP would put out a product that doesn't work with its own computers, but it's true. It is possible to install primitive drivers for print functions from the web site, but none of the other features or functions will be available through the computer. |

It takes forever for shipping and delivery. While I was waiting for this cartridge to be shipped, I spent much more money for printing than the amount I expected to "save" - the price at HP online shop or Staple's is a bit higher than amazon (approx. 5-10 dollars) but they deliver it in one day for free. |

| Not much to say about this Brother tape, other than it works great, stays on what it gets stuck to, and it's easy to peel off its protective backing.

| I was tired of being ripped off at the office supply stores so I decided to try out these. They work perfectly with my MFC 240C and appear to have more ink in them then ones that cost 3X as much. I'm going to stock up so that I'm not forced into highway robbery at the office supply stores. |
