| This handset is an improvement to the old one it replaces. It interfaces well with my old base unit although it does not physically fit the base or my old chargers. I smiply use it with the charger that it came with. |

| Did you know ink has an expiration date? Amazon sells enough of these that the stock stays fresh. My cartridges had over a year's shelf-life left on them when they arrived. |

| After reading a lot of reviews, I bought one of these at an electronics store (Fry's, $88.00). Very pleased with it for a year and a half. Then the screen quit. The warranty is one year. I sent it to Sharp asking what they could do. No great expectations, just wondering what they would do, if anything, as I liked the thing but had expected a bit more longevity. | I purchased this for my wife to use at her nursing school. It worked great for about 1 week and then it stopped working completely. It does not turn on but does transfer data to the computer... there is something wrong with the battery module... i would not recommend this unit. |

| I have had this unit for about 2 months and use it to record committee type meetings plus some phone calls. The microphone pick up and quality is superb. It has a low and high sensitivity settings that are suitable for telephone uses (low) and small conference group sessions (high).

| I've tried the Staples equivalents and other equivalents of this cartridge, but have had bad luck with them (streaks in color, etc) that I didn't have using the same printer. I've stuck with only HP brand now and I've had no problems.
I'd definitely say it's worth the higher price, the others were a waste! |

| This ink cartridge/paper package is one of the reasons I went with the Selphy printer. One package will produce about a hundred very high quality prints. It is so easy to load and operate that my wife who won't get near the computer, loves to operate it. |

| It works when the D-Link software is connected with hardware and Skype. The problem is that it loses connection with the USB box every few hours, and after that you often have to reboot PC to regain connection. D-Link doesn't work hard enough on their software updates. |
