| I will have to send this drum set back because after two weeks, one of the pads stopped working.

| I am new to the mandolin and haven't played any instrument for 30 years so I wouldn't comment on the musical aspects of this mandolin. There are a couple of manufacturing quality defect in the one I purchased. The plating on the tail piece peeled off in the first week. It seemed really thick which is probably what made it start cracking but the copper layer under the nickel is where it delaminated. | I've always been a fan of Buffet clarinets. I currently play a Buffet BC1193 and it's served me well over the years.
Parts are easily accessible should you need repair, this is a reputable brand, it is durable, and if you take good care of it, you can interchange parts (bell, barrel, mouthpiece) to achieve a better tone quality as the student gets to high school. |

| I find the Q-Chord to be a fun and entertaining instrument for anyone who can't play any other instrument. As the box says, 0 to Musician in 9 seconds. I have not had to time to play from anything other than the music cartridges, so I cannot speak for playing the Q-Chord any other way. I have never plugged it into an amp or listened to it through headphones. Playing from the built-in speaker it sounds a bit much like muzak/elevator music. The Country Cartidge sounds authentic and the Strangers in the Night cartridge ... Read More: |

| This is a great flute, especially for students. I was surprised when the flute arrived as the quality was much better than I anticipated. The only problem, which has nothing to do with the flute itself, is the case that the flute comes in is to tight and seems that it could bend the keys so I bought a better case but everything else is fine.
