Baker has a way of writing Brian Wilson-flavored songs that celebrate the California experience. Songs about surfing, girls on the beach, and summertime are mixed in with a few "real" Beach Boys cover songs. Each Beach Boys song fits with the Baker's original songs demonstrating Baker's songs are worthy listens. |

| I LOVED this CD! I'm a long time Kid Rock fan and while I do enjoy most of his music, this CD is a great demonstration of his bluesie side with a lotta rock mixed in. I'm still not tired of listening to it. If you like Kid Rock, you HAVE to own this CD. |

| So The Beach Boys had a lot of hits, and a few really great albums, and this is nothing more than another collection to me.
Really, nothing special. If you are looking for a good BB's collection, then go for it, it is good for that, but really, if you are a fan of The Beach Boys, you do not need this. |
