| This is a great continuation of the Celtic Thunder: The Show CD.
I love the Celtic music feel of the CD. The CD has traditional songs as well as new songs. I love " A Bird Without Wings" Damain and George sound great together. I can almost get the sensation of seeing "The Show". I have listened to the CD several times and never get tired of it. I can not wait until I can see Celtic Thunder is person. |

| I expected more from this album. While there are some amazing tracks (Halfway Home and Golden Age especially), the album generally seems to lack risk and inventiveness and the heavy production rounds most of corners and makes the music feel too empty. There is little room for excitement or surprise here. People talk about "the album as an experience" and I must say there is a lack of one here. | We've waited years for it and here it is. Finally. I have every U2 concert DVD you can have (even the Super Bowl performance and SNL) yet this is the one DVD that was a no-brainer.
For those of you around back then, it's nostalgic. This concert is what turned me on to U2. For some reason, MTV was showing it in 83 and when I saw it I said "Who ARE these guys?" | What can I say? It's all been said and then some. "Cracked Rearview" had some serious play time in my CD player, but this new album from Darius takes the cake. It's the kind of music that gives you chills EVERY time you hear it. Deep and soul-stirring, the music from this compilation is truly a masterpiece from the Lowcountry boy who has paid his dues and made it big but never forgets his roots. | I have to say that I am quite impressed with these young musicians. I purchased this CD for my daughter not really thinking I would enjoy most of the music on it. The CD is all pop/rock and the worst word used on it is "sucks" on one song! I really hope the Jonas Brothers keep their "good" kid image so young girls and boys have a pop/rock group to look up to. I would highly recommend this CD. My husband even liked a couple of songs and he only listens to rock music. He is a very harsh critic so this really says something ... Read More: |

| Acid Tongue by Jenny Lewis is the fiery redhead's second solo disc. I absolutely love, love, love this album! It is so different from Rabbit Fur Coat but the harmonies are still beautiful even minus The Watson Twins. Jenny's vocals are more organic and verstiale and each song sounds authentic and special. Every song sounds like it belongs in a different decade. | I just dont have words to explain, the way my two years little boy has reacted ever since y got him this set of DVD'S,i think he has requested to wacht it over 10 times a week,and the reaction is the same al the time,i enjoy just to wacht him gigle and smile seing Elmo doing is best,i definetly recomend it to any Parents that would like to be able to do chores at home and the kids stay out of their way. |
