| Bought this album a few days ago mainly for the reason I'm a huge fan of Jack Johnson and everyone on his label, but also for the reason i love Christmas music. I would say that this is a great buy for anyone who loves the relaxed sound of Jack Johnson. It nice to hear some of your favorite artist sing songs that you've heard your life and for me this will just add to the wonderful collection of Christmas music i already have. | all the best of Frank, at least main stream Frank. No real early stuff, and no real late stuff. Productions have been cleaned and beefed up and balanced. Great booklet inside with lots of historical info. Also comes with a first edition "Frank" stamp from Las Vegas P.O. There have been many compilations, but none in one disc that is this complete and sound is up to today's standards. Some digital preciseness, but mostly just Frank et al as if he recorded today! | I must admit I was reluctant getting this album, thinking oh no just another christmas album what have the sunken to? It immediately has become my favorite christmas album, very inovative and modern to say the least.

| I don't want to turn you off this CD just because of the sound (and I am sure the Linkin Park fanatics will not care anyway), but I'd like to know who engineered and mixed this live album and have a talk with them. Not only is the whole thing mixed EXTREMLY bass heavy, but as soon as I turn it up, I start to get distortion (unless I really fiddle with the equalizer on my stereo---which I should NOT have to do). | I bought it from a Disney store. It cost me $13 plus taxes. None of the songs are good. After listening to 2 songs, I found out they all sound the same.
The only good thing about it is it has 2 version for each song. The first version is with vocal (singer singing). The second is karaoke which has only background music. So, if you don't know the song very well, you can sing along with vocal version first. I gave the disc to my friend. It's a waste of money. |

| Right when I heard Dave Fortman was going to help produce this album I got the shakes. I didn't want my precious metal funk band Mudvayne turn into a mainstream rock band...oh well, they did. Let's look on the brightside:
Now hear this, as an album, I love it. But as for individual songs, not so much. The instrumentals are pretty awesome throughout the entire CD.
