| I LOVE soundtracks, especially when they include the actual music from the movie. If you have read any of my other soundtrack reviews, you will notice that NOT MANY soundtracks include actual music from their respective movies.
Juno, however, DOES. Not only does the soundtrack include all of the music used, it includes it IN THE ORDER IT APPEARS IN THE MOVIE ... yay! I considered buying the 2-disc special edition of this, but in the end I purchased this single-disc version. ... Read More: |

| Bought this album a few days ago mainly for the reason I'm a huge fan of Jack Johnson and everyone on his label, but also for the reason i love Christmas music. I would say that this is a great buy for anyone who loves the relaxed sound of Jack Johnson. It nice to hear some of your favorite artist sing songs that you've heard your life and for me this will just add to the wonderful collection of Christmas music i already have. | I must admit I was reluctant getting this album, thinking oh no just another christmas album what have the sunken to? It immediately has become my favorite christmas album, very inovative and modern to say the least.
I saw this guy that makes the "nasaly" vocals and once you understand it you might think differently. | I bought it from a Disney store. It cost me $13 plus taxes. None of the songs are good. After listening to 2 songs, I found out they all sound the same.
The only good thing about it is it has 2 version for each song. The first version is with vocal (singer singing). The second is karaoke which has only background music. So, if you don't know the song very well, you can sing along with vocal version first. I gave the disc to my friend. It's a waste of money. |

| I have to admit, ever since I first saw Celtic Woman on PBS back in 2005 I was smitten. I now own all of their DVD's (except the greatest journey, I'm still debating that one since it's mostly a greatest hits collection). I'm also not a very big fan of Holiday music, since in the last 20 years or so the market has been over-saturated with so-so music by so-so artists, IMHO. Then Celtic Woman's "A Christmas Celebration" came out. I feel almost reborn!

"Thanksgiving": This song is ALWAYS the first thing I hear early Thanksgiving morning just before sunrise while the world is calm, quiet...and typically quite cold!...outside.
