| For me personally, White Zombie was one of the absolute best bands to ever grace my ears. I'm not as a big a fan of Rob's solo material, and to this day will take White Zombie over just about anything that Rob puts out himself. Despite the fact that I figured there wouldn't be too much included with the "Let Sleeping Corpses Lie" box set, I looked forward to it regardless. | There are older Jimi Hendrix collections out there, like Smash Hits - but don't bother with them. This is the one to get. Like most say, this one really packages the essential hits.
My only quibble about Hendrix's catalogue is that he came in an era where the audio recording technology available to him wasn't as sonically superb (only the Beatles would exceed all peers)...so it's a little rough here and there but the man's brilliance shines through. | This is really a fine collection of Tom Petty's greatest hits. We just saw his fantastic Big Time Rock & Roll show at the Gorge this summer, and my daughter says she likes every song on this CD! |

| It's almost twenty years after the black album came out. I was a rabid Metallica fan when this album first dropped (I was 14). At the time, I was extremely heartbroken. This was not the band that pressed the previous four albums (five counting "Garage Days"), all of which are still in my personal top ten of great heavy metal records.

| After listening to Tesla's previous studio album, "Into The Now", a few years ago when it came out, I was incredibly impressed. Saw them Live and was impressed even more. Now, after the release of "Forever More", that feeling is back and then some.
Overall an excellent hard rock album with great song writing (both lyrically and musically). The riffs are nice and heavy, the solos are present in every song, the production is clean, the drumming is also very well done. There are probably too many great tracks on ... Read More: |

| I'm of an age such that I was growing up (early adolescence) when most of Led Zeppelin's albums were released; they (along with many other "giants" of that era) provided the soundtrack to my life during the mid- to late-'70s.

| This is an amazing CD and my favorite band. Amy Lee (the lead singer) has a hauntingly beautiful voice. Her voice is like an angel but it fits witht the alternative rock style that this band is. The songs on this CD can be a little dark but I think most people will enjoy the songs and appreciate the lyrics. Every song on this CD is amazing, which is why I think the entire CD is worth the buy. You will not be disapointed. One similar artist is Flyleaf so if you have heard them and liked their music then you will definitely enjoy Evanescence. |

| Let's start with how people listen to music. In the car, in the front room, etc. I would only review a CD after repeated listenings with good headphones and as a long time Todd listener I love this CD. It may take a sec to get used to the sound, you might think a flashier drummer would help, or longer guitar solos. Then when you really get the words and how the words go with the music you say these are great songs. Todd is the Miles Davis of rock- constantly reinventing himself and this retro-re-invention is one of the best. I'm not afraid to learn... |
