| I think all the songs on this are well done...they have melodies which a lot of other hard rock/metal doesn't. I have Indestructible and The Sickness also. Indestructible has guitar solos which i like, but i like the songs better on Ten Thousand Fists. I'm not a great music critic but I think if you like disturbed then you need to have this album.
Oh, and shame on whoever tagged this as alternative rock. |

| Some say that this was the end of Guns N' Roses. The dual output of the "Use Your Illusion" albums. They say Axl Rose was to theatrical; and instead of focusing on the music, he was too concerned about creating a visionary masterpiece. Well, aren't some of the greatest geniuses in history, visionaries? And, if you still think that Axl didn't focus on the music as much, take a listen to UYI #1 and you'll see that not everything you hear is the truth.

| The clarity of this "soundtrack" is simply amazing. MTV did a superb job with the setup of this event. I was blown away when I heard the cd version, but hearing it with my cheap Yamaha equipment in DTS took it to another level. It is a shame he is still not around; what an amazing talent this guy had. RIP KC. |

| Yeah yeah, Pearl Jam may have came out first...but Creed and Nickelback sound hell of a lot better. Plus, Pearl Jam.. what a dumb name! And the lyrics/vocals are a complete failure to the brilliance of modern rock heroes Chad Kroeger and Fred Durst.
BTW: 'Jeremy' is a terrible song! |

| As a fan of symphonic metal over black metal, I can't say I was at all disappointed with the direction that Cradle of Filth were taking with their album 'Nymphetamine'. After 'Thornography', however, (though it is still in no way a 'bad' album) I was somewhat concerned that they might be headed down the same unhappy route as Sirenia and countless other bands. But how wrong I was!

| This is undoubtably one of the greatest rock albums of all time. Every song is a classic. The only reason for 4 stars is a bad mix on "How Many More Times". One track is missing which is lead from Jimmy - a serious omission in my opinion. Makes potentially the best song on the album incomplete. |

| Yes or no, this album is one for all seasons, a tale of awakening much like Hesse's Siddhartha. I would call it eloquent, and it often is, but the nakedness of the whole thing is what hits close to home in the attentive listener. It's very stripped-down in sound, not over-produced, and much of it clearly done on-the-fly with great talent. | I would not want to call myself a big Stones fan, in fact 'Exile' is their only album I own. I rate it at 5 stars. On this record, these Rolling Stones have that indescribable, what I call "bluesy swagger", all over them. Just listen to songs like 'Shine a light' and 'Sweet Virginia'. These Rolling Stones know their history, after Johnson and Muddy, they have taken it to a whole new level. This is no sell-out but rather a big ode to these old Bluesmen. Excellent and timeless. |
