| For the longest time if you were a Zeppelin fan this was your only chance to catch a glimpse of them live, and even then you had to wait to see it at a midnight movie.
OK, I'm showing my age and I know I'm being a little nostalgic. | I was one of the priviledged few to have seen Led Zeppelin live in New York City at the young age of 14. (I had the coolest dad). When everyone else was listening to the Bay City Rollers my room was literally wallpapered with Led Zeppelin posters, so much so that when I finally took them down (somehwere around age 26) the walls around the posters were yellow. | I am a huge fan of Evanesence and I stumbled upon this band. They are a definite rock band with a Christian twist but anyone can enjoy it. Cassie is probably the most religious of all the songs (talking about the girl at Columbine who answered "yes" if she believed in God so the shooters killed her). This is a great band and the singer reminds me of Amy Lee, except minus some of the lung power. I love most of the songs on here such as "All Around Me", "I'm sorry", "I'm so sick", and "Cassie". | Per the title, this was everything I expected, but I was really hoping for a few surprises.. I think the most enjoyable part of the whole set was the booklet that came with it, it had a history of Nirvana and I learned a few new things about the band. I pretty much bought it because 1) It was on sale and 2) I got my first car in 10 years that had a CD player in it.

| This is the big sell out album by grunge kings Nirvana. Grunge, a ripoff of the goth movement, hit big in the 90s, making heavy metal, etc. mostly passe and cheesey with a huge camp factor that when Nirvana got big, THERE they were past their prime just like that. | Some great songs (Her Strut/Rock & Roll Never Forgets) some lame fillers. Seger's stuff is not on iTunes, so not being able to buy individual songs forces you to buy whole CD's-a strategy that maximizes Bob's net worth-not yours. |

| To make clear, I am review the 2 LP reissue of Metallica's "...And Justice For All."
This is the 4th in Metallica's current vinyl reissue project. Justice is one of my favorite Tallica albums of their great catalog. Song are heavy and meaty. Most of them about 8 minutes and longer. | Even though Tommy is their 'moment' for many for being a great concept album, and undoubtedly the greatest rock opera there ever was. This was The Who at their hard rocking best. These are the tracks that to me defined them as a power rock band (one of the best live bands in rock).
