| This is a great JM CD if you are already a fan and are looking for that extra acoustic take on some familiar songs. I love the vocal rhythm changes in "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room" and the soft guitar in "Belief" I definitely think that this offers a cool, chill feel to John's music, and is a nice tag along with "Where the light is?" |

| Until I had listened to them for a while, some of my all-time favorite albums were initially disappointing. Way to Normal is turning out to be one of those albums.
A somewhat recent convert to Ben Folds (with the Five and otherwise), I have come to appreciate his gifts for melody and storytelling. And these gifts continue to be apparent on Way to Normal. | This is a solid Rod Stewart collection but not "definitive." After all, it's missing some of Rod's best songs (not to mention biggest hits) including "Broken Arrow" "All for Love," "Having a Party," "(I know) I'm losing you," and many others. Part of the problem is that Rod has had a lot of hits, but still if you're going to say "definitive" you should have ALL the big hits, not just most of them. |

| Bought this CD as USED but it looks and sounds as good as new. This music is haunting, beautiful, or charming...depending on the specific tune. This is really pre-country / bluegrass classical folk stuff. You will either understand its origins and love it, or think it is stupid. |

| This record is a great set of songs sung beautifully by the wonderful singer Alison Krauss. I discovered Alison Krauss when I bought last year's release "Raising Sand", the album of duets with Led Zeppelin's lead singer Robert Plant. The purity and tone of Alison's voice on that record made me curious to hear her other work and this is a great example. She plays a mean fiddle too! I actually prefer this record to Raising Sand.
