| I got this for my dad for Father's Day to play in his truck, I knew it would bring back memories for him, I love Johnny Cash too and should have got 2 one for me...lol I guess I will get myself one later. This CD has 30 songs and is a true must have for Cash fans. |

| This CD is excellent with fabulous songs sung brilliantly by the 2 stars!
I remember seeing this Christmas Special on TV (BBC I think?) and was greatly impressed by the quality of the material, particularly moving was the visit to a hospital for children....Dolly is such an intelligent songwriter. I just wonder why this Special has never been released (or has it?) on DVD as I would certainly buy it! |

| Bluegrass/folk style, clever lyrics, but don't confuse them with the Band, Dead or even Dylan. They need more instrumental stretches, because they are really skillful players. |

| John Denver, much like Peter, Paul and Mary and Gordon Lightfoot, really captures the "at home" friendly atmosphere and extremely pleasant vocal melodies. Honestly, this stuff reminds me of pine trees, maple trees, mountains, rivers, and lakes. I guess that's the point!

| Bringing It All Back Home being Dylan's 1965 release and his 5th studio album is without a doubt a grand album. The album is divided into one accoustic and one electric side. Here we have classic tracks such as Mr. Tambourine Man, It's alright ma (I'm only bleeding). The book-let is very nice with a photograph on the cover of Dylan together with some woman. | I love Martina and her original White Christmas. I would give the original 4 stars and not 5 because I think there are a couple of female artist that are just a little better in their Christmas albums. That is my personal taste and her original is a great album.
I gave this 3rd release 2 stars because I think the value of this album to Martina fan's is low. I purchased the previous 2. With this one my total investment is around $40. Paying Amazons $14 for 4 new songs makes this a 2 star album. I understand RCA is in a business ... Read More: |

Because this album takes on a distinctly different (more ominous, brooding, cutting) mood from the first two albums, they regard it sub-standard! Even in the classic 'Rolling Stone Record Guide' of 1983, the 'critic' failed to appreciate this album, giving it a meagre three stars because he felt its lyrics over-critical and dated.
