| I love Christian music and I love Christmas music, so I thought this album would be the perfect combination for the holiday season and I couldn't wait to pop it in and usher in the yule tide. I was sorely disappointed. | Good album. Love their version of Sleigh Ride.
If you like rockin' Christmas music though, you MUST check out Kevin and The Octaves album "Hang Your Stocking Start The Rocking." It's a little more on the punk side, but very poppy and creative with the traditional Christmas songs. |

| I confess, I was never part of the civil rights movement, but Mavis gives us a living, breathing account of those times. This album perfectly conveys that message. But I think what so defines this music is that the themes are so universal. Injustice, prejudice, bigotry is wrong, whether you are living in Mississippi or in some other part of the world, we are all God's children and we must take a stand against it. |

| There has been some undeserved critisism thrown at Neal's latest album "Lifeline" lately. True it's not as progressive as Sola Scriptura, Neal's last studio album. But who cares, Lifeline is an emotional declaration of Neal's Christian faith, delivered in a heartfelt and truly rocking way!
