| Bought this CD as USED but it looks and sounds as good as new. This music is haunting, beautiful, or charming...depending on the specific tune. This is really pre-country / bluegrass classical folk stuff. You will either understand its origins and love it, or think it is stupid. |

| I had heard an review on National Public Radio and since my husband is a big blues fan, I thought I'd try it. This was a wonderful surprise! We love the CD and would recommend it to anyone - whether they are a major blues fan or not. |

This set is indicative of where he is at at this particular time in his career. Even though this recording what pieced together from a few different shows recorded in late 2007 it plays seemlessly.

| The fact that this guy would probably be a hit with John Mayer fans is a blow to this guy, since John Mayer is easily one of the worst hacks making music (no, muzak) today. I was hinted to call this guy a slightly more interesting John Mayer with an acoustic guitar. Sure, it's not deep music, it won't start anything, but it's breezy, chill music (not muzak, thank god). It's definitely worth getting.

| I originally bought this for my girlfriend who couldn't strum a single note, but always wanted to learn. She is coming along great after only a few times watching the first lesson and can already strum the first 3 chords--E,D,A. The teacher really takes his time and walks the student through the biggining classes at a nice slow pace. I have also sat down and popped it in a few times and there is some great accoustic stuff that i never bothered to learn--like some acoustic soloing lines and different bass lines while playing chords. ...
