| Nirvana? Pearl Jam? Alice In Chains? Yeah, they all suck. They should be bowing down to Mr.Daughtry for making such an incredible album. This is a classic grunge album, along with "All The Right Reasons" by Nickleback. "Nevermind" by Nirvana is garbage. This is what REAL grunge sounds like. |

| Pretty disappointing with not a single remarkable song. After so many great albums over the years this is a miss rather than a hit. |

| I've been trying to get some more variety in my music library lately. Being from Washington, I've heard these guys on the radio a lot, so I figured I'd give them a real chance and picked up Narrow Stairs.

| Keane's new CD "Symmetry" takes the band in a slightly different direction from their previous discs. The beautiful melodies, melancholy atmosphere, and beautiful piano of their earlier CD's are replaced on Symmetry by an 80's-type sound with new wave synthesizers and a more peppy, upbeat feel. The CD really takes me back to MTV of the early 80's. After several listens I can say that I like "Symmetry", especially because it's always such a pleasure to hear Tom Chaplin sing. | Just love the gentle sounds and harmonies of this album...Indie at its best. The blend of musical styles in these songs from folk, to pop to a bit of country at times reminds me of another new artist I have found: Arrica Rose in her new album La La Lost.The more you listen to their music, the more you want to listen. This is music that doesn't get old but rather gets in your head and stays there in a good way.Check them both out.

| With the cure framework beautifully in place this stripped-down, elegantly executed album is the best in many years from this band. Their previous couple of albums had Robert Smith in top artistic form but the density washed out the execution to some extent. Bloodflowers was great but the beauty of a Cure song has always been in its simplicity and top to bottom every song on 4:13 is pure pop goth beautiful.

| I haven't been able to stop listening to this CD. I love it! It is perfect for a winter night. Each song has the unique flavor only Sarah McLachlan can give. Beware that The First Noel is pretty different, but it is awesome! And I love her take on What Child is This and In The Bleak Mid Winter. Very good CD. I highly recomment it. |
