| Gorillaz is definitely one of the more noticeable musical experiments of the passing decade. The idea of a cartoon character band, devised by Blur's Damon Albarn and comic book artist Jamie Hewlett ("Tank Girl"), was enough to catch my interest. The music that sprung from this unusual premise of a 'band' caught my ear, as well. This namesake album covers a wide variety of genres - everything from soul-funk to hard rock, psychadelic keyboard strolls to Latino-jazz.

| They have a folksy sound and they know how to make you want to listen. Very good music. They're not the Beatles, but then who is. It's well worth the money. |

| Well, we've waited a long time for a Live DVD and now we finally have it. The songs in the set list are well chosen and provides samples from their entire career. I've had the pleasure of seeing Live twice (front row both times too) and this is a great testiment to their on-stage quality. Ed's vocals are dead on in most spots and the band backs him with an incredible sound that deliver power and prestige all at once. All in all, I couldn't ask for more from the band or the sound.

| Out of all of the Linkin Park CD's, I have to say that this one is my favorite. The majority of the songs on the CD are my top Linkin Park picks, with Papercut being my number 1 favorite! If you're a Linkin Park fan, this CD is a must buy! |

| I am a huge Bruce Springsteen fan, and have nearly all of his CD's, and I am still a huge fan, but I don't think this CD is one of his best. Don't get me wrong - Springsteen has a knack for telling stories about people who have been through hard times and who have been through the darkest parts of life, and he has a knack for making us feel these characters' pain, but, I think the tone of the music is too low keyed - it's almost as if the music on each track sounds the same.

| Been listening to Pearl Jam for a while but had never bought any of their music and am pleasently suprised in that I thought I would like the older (relativly) stuff but I actually like the newer stuff a bit (not much) more. Overall a very good compilation. |

| I've had 2-20-93 (the middle night of "At the Roxy") as a cherished part of my tape collection since the mid 90s. The Pharmers Almanac rated it as Phan Pick #3 and I couldn't agree more. Since the Saturday night show of this three night string has long been one of those mystical and exalted sparklers, it's a good place to begin. | The best show I've ever had the privilege to see, and I've watched/been to a lot of shows. They're such a good band, and they have amazing stage presence and put on a great show, plus they had strippers onstage during Scream ;)
And the demos are great, especially demons, girl i know, until the end, and their timeless cover of the Pantera classic, Walk. Overall a superb buy, easily in my top 5 purchases ever |
