| This is album is a win-win situation. For Oberst, its a break from the well orchestrated and intricate Bright Eyes. For fans, its another amazing album from the younger generation's greatest troubador. Oberst and friends headed to Mexico to record this album and it definitely shows. The whole record has a very loose feel to it. The songwriting isn't as perfected as you would see on a Bright Eyes album, with lines like "When they drive the cars up and down the beach/its ridiculous and everybody knows." ... Read More: |

| I'm not too often impressed by what I overhear on the radio/tv these days, but after hearing clips of this on the sound system of a local restaurant I searched endlessly to hunt down the artist and album. After recieving the CD, I was not dissappointed! It's highly addictive, and now I have fellow friends and relatives asking me where THEY can find it for themselves! |

| Well I have just made 1 pass at this new cd and I do not think its going to be leaving my cd player any time soon.I have been waiting for this to cd to be released and it is just as good as I hoped it would be.It is a little bit different than their first cd but thats O.K.bands change as time goes on and I don't think we would want every album to sound the same.Their new sound is a little bit different Heavier,Darker,Better,able to break your heart at one time yet able to send you running out to the dance floor the next. |

| With Furr, Blitzen Trapper made an album that's more diverse, yet more consistent that last year's surprising Wild Mountain Nation. There are tons of late 60s/early 70s grooves over the whole album. Those grooves turn to groovy on the disco-like Saturday Nite. And then there's the sadly sweet ballad Not Your Lover. But there's enough harmonica, acoustic guitar and pounding piano for Trapper to hold onto its alt-country label.

| If you enjoy music by Cars - and you don't have these songs in your collection, then get this one. I would say that this "Complete Greatist Hits" is the best "Greatist Hits" from Cars. This product was received without any visual nor operating problems. |

| Gorillaz is definitely one of the more noticeable musical experiments of the passing decade. The idea of a cartoon character band, devised by Blur's Damon Albarn and comic book artist Jamie Hewlett ("Tank Girl"), was enough to catch my interest. The music that sprung from this unusual premise of a 'band' caught my ear, as well. This namesake album covers a wide variety of genres - everything from soul-funk to hard rock, psychadelic keyboard strolls to Latino-jazz.
