| A friend of mine told me about Brickman because I had never heard of him but once I listened to some of his music I can honestly say that she was right because his music is mellow, soothing and quite good. |

| I was curious about Enya when I first heard of her; due to my love to U2's music and knowing that Enya became Irland's second biggest musical export after U2 (she's from Irland, such a bad stereotype on my part).

| As with all of her work this one is very well done. Enya's a perfectionist and supremely good at hitting on catchy and haunting rhythms harmonys and lyrics. |

| I found the Lite books at the American Psychological Association conference this past August. While I work with adults I was browsing for something to help my 5 yr old get to sleep and to deal with pain management (frequent ear aches). I came away with Bubble Riding (lovely book) and subsequently got Indigo Ocean Dreams to check out more of what the Lite Selections have to offer. | I was given Winston's 'Winter' as a gift long ago, and years later, still love it. Just received 'Autumn' and it is an incredible companion on my drive to and from work each day. Each song begins with a repetition of simple notes, so hang in there - as these notes weave themselves into beautiful complex melodies, before revisiting the original notes once again. Definitely had to listen to it twice before absolutely loving it, but it is an ear-quenching favorite. |

| I love the Indigo Dreams series. It has worked wonders for my son who is diagnosed with Asperger's and ADHD. He somtimes suffers from nighttime anxiety and restlessness. This has led to many sleepless nighs and many nightmares as he struggled to work out the day's events. Since turning him on to Indigo Dreams he is sleeping sound and falling asleep relaxed.
