| This was exactly what I was looking for. beware, you will really need to turn up the volume if you intend to use this on an alarm clock to wake you up. it is so realistic, i have slept through it several times. wonderful cd |

| I play this CD on my Bose and it sounds great. Only problem is I've never heard the whole recording. I keep falling asleep before the last of the thunder rolls! |

| I was looking for music to help lull me to sleep. It mostly accomplishes this. However, the seagull calls which are intermittently present seem a little loud compared to the background level. Occasionally the surf noise rises too. It is very soothing otherwise. |

| I want to clarify a little more the subject of low-frequency sound that possesses this CD. In principle, it tested a CD Player SACD, pre MLevinson 380s, Class A valve amp and speakers JMLab. The repetition of the defect becomes irritating as the brain detects the problem and thus renders ineffective the recording for the purpose you want to meet. If you do not listen to the top, up the control of a bass -an audiophile would not do this- and may notice the mistake of recording. I do not recommend it, then buy it, obviously. |

| I have enjoyed this CD to help me unwind after busy days. It's nice to listen to while making dinner and even when napping if kept low. This turns my normally busy home into a more peaceful place and slows the pace of our lives. I've listened to it while cleaning and folding laundry, and I think it has helped with my mood becaue I feel less bothered and annoyed by these chores. |
