| Ok. I understand that this is a Christmas album, for family (maybe?). What I do not understand is why is Peanut censored on track 5 "Song for Jeff" at the very end when Peanut says Jeff is his B!TCH. Very disappointing. If this cd was going to be censored it should have been label so.
Otherwise a great cd which is fun to listen to over and over again. |

| Vince Guaraldi was a true jazz master and did his best work writing for the Charlie Brown specials. Every track on this CD is worth listening to musically as well as for the nostalgia. One of the few commercial Christmas albums that does a good job reminding us why there is a Christmas. |

| I LOVE soundtracks, especially when they include the actual music from the movie. If you have read any of my other soundtrack reviews, you will notice that NOT MANY soundtracks include actual music from their respective movies.
Juno, however, DOES. Not only does the soundtrack include all of the music used, it includes it IN THE ORDER IT APPEARS IN THE MOVIE ... yay! I considered buying the 2-disc special edition of this, but in the end I purchased this single-disc version. I am HAPPY ... Read More: |

| Bought this CD as USED but it looks and sounds as good as new. This music is haunting, beautiful, or charming...depending on the specific tune. This is really pre-country / bluegrass classical folk stuff. You will either understand its origins and love it, or think it is stupid. |

| I should say...I'm a 50 plus year old...who loves the Sound of Music and Singin in The Rain.....this is NOT your dad's or grandads musical comedy...Jack Black drops F bombs as often as he plays the simple cowboy C chord on his Gibson acoustic but it is FUN!!

| Bought this for my husband, but have to tell ya, that Jim is hilarious. I was laughing almost throughout this c.d. His, "Hot Pockets" skit alone is worth the price of the c.d. I also enjoyed how he does his, "what the audience is thinking" part ( he says what he thinks some mild mannered librarian/granny/whomever is thinking when he does his comedy act ). If you're not a fan, it may be better to rent this ( go to the library, for 50 cents you can hear it ), but if you're a fan, you will laugh again and again. |
