| Finally, a great collection of Christmas music from the legendary Spyro Gyra! I do love Christmas music and personally own several hundred CD's of Christmas music. As a musician, I have a high standard of quality that I want in this type of music. This is now one of my favorites. If just for the "cool" performances of "Carol of the Bells" & "The First Noel". | I like the fact that Santana has collaborated with vocalists on his recent cds, but this release is the most uninspired of his last 3 albums. The songs featuring vocalists are boring in their "smooth jazz" approach. I feel he doesn't have much more to give, and is just going through the motions on the instrumental songs, as well,(same old, same old). Time to retire, or at least take a break to get the creative juices flowing. |

| In the telling, Traffic was this great band with two front-men, Steve Winwood and Dave Mason, which fell apart over egos and ambition and then reformed, without Mason, after Winwood's Blind Faith excursion crashed and burned.

| This album is so sensual, melodious, hauntingly sexual, and liberates the artistic soul. I began painting my first female nude while listening to this CD. If you're artistic and in need of inspiration, or feel your creativity is stifled then this is the album for you. Also great for those couples out there needing some bonding lovey dovey makeup time after a disagreement. Hotly Recommended!! |
