| Bought this CD as USED but it looks and sounds as good as new. This music is haunting, beautiful, or charming...depending on the specific tune. This is really pre-country / bluegrass classical folk stuff. You will either understand its origins and love it, or think it is stupid. |

| This record is a great set of songs sung beautifully by the wonderful singer Alison Krauss. I discovered Alison Krauss when I bought last year's release "Raising Sand", the album of duets with Led Zeppelin's lead singer Robert Plant. The purity and tone of Alison's voice on that record made me curious to hear her other work and this is a great example. She plays a mean fiddle too! I actually prefer this record to Raising Sand. | I came across this DVD last night at a local store and bought it. This is an absolutely breathtaking recording! The sound quality is top notch and sounds wonderful on my tube based system. I stayed up until 3AM playing this DVD, several cuts more than once. I think that says it all. If you like Alison Krauss, you have to add this superlative DVD to your collection. | The title of this review is an understatement. I can appreciate Jerry Douglas more with his own work than I can when he performs with Alison Krause, and I am enamored with the latter. Words aren't sufficient to describe how Mr. Douglas moves me, and this latest work transcends all my expectations from his musicianship. |

| The music quality of the Cherryholmes family keeps getting better and better. I was blown away with the tracks "The King as a Babe comes down" and "Broken".
