| This CD is excellent if you want to be led into the zone and left there like a pet rock in a state of deep relaxation and meditation. It is one of the few guided meditations that doesn't irk by somehow giving verbal directions constantly even as you are trying to tune out everything.

| I was excited to receive this cd and took it to a friends house for a weekly meditation group. We ended up turning it off. The sounds on this cd seemed to be more about getting on our nerves than about peace and relaxation. The group didn't care for it. But it seems as though many do find it enjoyable and relaxing. So give it a try if you like, it just wasn't for me. |

| This CD for me didn't quite make the cut for chakra healing in comparison to other sound therapy and chakra balancing CDs that I own.
Halpern is a well-respected artist in the field with many years of experience and I don't discredit that he has a feel for what he is doing, however, I am disappointed with the musical composition of Chakra Suite. | I play this almost every night as I go to sleep. I rarely get to the end before falling asleep. It seems to me as though it never starts in the same place twice- so it's like a new CD each time. It's not like you're anticipating the same melody over and over. I have several soothing CDs which I have purchased thru Amazon. They are all unique, and I love them all. I find the reviews to be reliable when I am looking to buy more CDs like these. |

| I listened to this 3-4 times before I ever heard the end of the CD because I fell sound asleep! I had to make a point of and decision to stay awake to hear it (which I did and finally heard the whole thing and loved it). I have had trouble getting to sleep pretty much all my life so this is pretty amazing. It's just soothing and quite literally 'feels' good. | This cd was just the inspirational infusion my yoga sessions needed. The music is smooth, funky but allows for you to focus on your practice. This is a wonderful collection of of artfully crafted music. Namaste. |

| Warning: I do not fit in with the "new age" hippie folk who bought and reviewed this album.
I got this album because I wanted something soothing to fall asleep to - this mission was accomplished, as the music is quite soothing. But, I have listened to several Halpern records and I must say, for how many albums this guy puts out, a lot of them sound the same.
