| This is an amazing CD and my favorite band. Amy Lee (the lead singer) has a hauntingly beautiful voice. Her voice is like an angel but it fits witht the alternative rock style that this band is. The songs on this CD can be a little dark but I think most people will enjoy the songs and appreciate the lyrics. Every song on this CD is amazing, which is why I think the entire CD is worth the buy. You will not be disapointed. | Well I have just made 1 pass at this new cd and I do not think its going to be leaving my cd player any time soon.I have been waiting for this to cd to be released and it is just as good as I hoped it would be.It is a little bit different than their first cd but thats O.K.bands change as time goes on and I don't think we would want every album to sound the same.Their new sound is a little bit different Heavier,Darker,Better,able to break your heart at one time yet able to send you running out to the dance ... | I heard this voice on a Moonlight episode and feel in love with the sound amy lee made. I searched for the name of the group and singer, then I bought the CD. I dont consider this gothic music, just good quality singing with excellent backround music. I sang professionally for all my life and when I heard this CD I fell in love with this sound so I have purchased other CDs from the same group. |

| The DVD is amazing and a must-have for anyone who has never had a chance to see Within Temptation live, and a should-get for those who have (since this particular concert was special and different from their normal ones). The cd is kind of a blow-off, though. It is basically the first half of the concert, minus a couple songs, and is pretty much The Heart of Everything cd done live. Still, Black Symphony is worth buying for the DVD, which has rare songs, some great duets, and behind the scenes footage. |

| Prior to the release of "Disintegration," The Cure could easily be considered a nice fit into the post-punk era of music, the underground clubby type stuff. With "Disintegration" they challenged an entirely new front, and released possibly the greatest front to back album of all time (obviously that is arguable). This is the greatest album this legendary band has ever produced, and it should come as no surprise that this is the most "relatable" Cure album to non-Cure fans.
