| If you have any music training or musical ability, do NOT buy this CD! The woman on the tape has a very harsh, annoying voice...almost like a washed up lounge singer who needed to make a quick buck by singing on a kids' CD. The children on this CD are AWFUl...completely out of tune...I don't expect perfection, but it is possible for children to sing on pitch! | The original "A Very Special Christmas". I remember buying the LP when it first came out and loved it so much that I decided to get the CD recently. Still a classic. Great Album. |

| I honestly bought this CD for one song and that was "all I want for x-mas is a hippotamus". I love that song and Alvin and the Chipmunks. For me the rest of the songs sucked and they arent worth anything to me. But I couldnt find the song I wanted as a single at the time. Just make sure that you read the songs included list before you buy. |

| This is the best of the series in my opinion. The Tom Petty original that opens the CD is worth the cost of the CD alone. It is the single best rock and roll Christmas song ever written. Ann and Nancy Wilson deliver a great version of Blue Christmas and the Randy Travis Jingle Bell Rock is the best version I have heard. Bon Jovi rocks, Luther adds a bit of great jazz and although I am not typically a fan of hers -- Sinead O'Conner delivers a beautiful version of "I believe in you".
