| This is indeed a wonderful CD. The music is lively, fun, and novel. The songs are ones that can't help but bring a smile and laughs. The whole family really loves to hear this CD, we find our self's singing along, while my Grandson just dances and laughs and truely enjoys it. |

| I purchased the songs of WWII CD for my 84 yr old Dad's birthday . . . he and my mother are both enjoying it so much that it's obvious it was a great choice. They told me that they even loaned it to their neighbor to listen to, but made sure he knew they expected it back the next day. Now instead of having the radio or TV on (both of which have little to offer for their age group), they are listening to "THEIR" music in the afternoons. |

| this cd is a tribute to Miles Davis if you are exposed to his style and
ever listened to Kind of Blue. The tracks are a fusion of east meets west with all traditional instruments played by masters of the same. If you have a good system it will reveal the recording quality.Very nice happy listening and enjoy. |

| I suspect some folks are buying this album for the Raymond Scott tunes. If so, please, please, consider buying the original. Byron's effort is respectable, but he somehow manages to suck the life out of Scott's tunes. With few exceptions, they sound as though they are being played by sedated musicians who just want to get it in the can and move on. If you can tolerate the decreased production quality of the original, you'll get a lot more music, I assure you.

| When I discussed the Ric Burns documentary about the old West with an Amerindian acquaintance, I complained that the film concentrated on the Lakota, to the exclusion of other peoples. My friend answered that, as the Lakota was the best known native American culture, that was a good place to start, and the audience would then move on to learn about other parts of the story.
