| I wasn't previously aware of Cynic as some of the reviewers here were. I dropped in Traced In Air and was impressed. I even surprised myself by hitting play and listening to the album in it's entirety a second time. As I listened I tried to pin the band's sound down. They have an outstanding drummer in Reinert. This and certain song structure reminded me of Rush. Although Reinert does the double kick drum when needed he also creates some killer rhythms reminiscent of Phil Collins. The album ... Read More: |

| While I would have deemed 10,000 Days the worst Tool album to date a couple of months ago, I have given it enough time to decide that it is slightly better than Undertow. The sheer quality of the album is simply shadowed by how difficult and limit pushing the music is. Every song on the album is in some way a new exciting revelation for Tool, who having been out of the studio for five years really had to prove that they weren't loosing their touch. | Stsrt to finish, this is fantastic piece of work. I put it up there with Stones (Sticky Fingers and Exile), Who (Who's Next), Zep (I, II, or IV). Not a bad track on the whole disk. A Landmark. We listen to this at work, and it is simply known as "The Album." Hey, Gus, what's next? I think I'll put on "The Album" again. Buy it. |

| The audio and video on this DVD is stunning. I wish they'd release this in a Blu-Ray format.
Great song list, better than the Lamentations DVD. The only complaint i have is that the camera shifting/editing is kinda fast (although not as bad as some other concert DVD's)...When editing companies going to stop this??? We want to see the bands and guitar players shred. Not see MTV-styled quick camera shifting. Like i said, its not as bad as some others though and this is still excellent. Highly recommended! | I absolutely love Tool but I somewhat regret buying this LP. The light weight of the vinyl leaves me unsatisfied. Also, the labels look like they were applied by a three year old. The labels were sloppily pressed into the record, cut/torn and don't even feature any artwork (a little boring to look at). |

| For the people who listen Rush for the first time, this is the Rush album you need, this is a clear example of their best work. The Rush from the 70's and 80's is an example of creativity, passion and variety, and is just one cd with 16 essential songs. |

| This is the record where Rush officially became a progressive rock band. And of all the Rush albums I have, this one has to be the least consistent, albeit not the least successful. If we ignore the first three records, this one has Rush's most successful (Xanadu) and least successful (Cygnus X-1) extended compositions. It also has one of their most memorable (Closer to the Heart) and one of their least memorable (Madrigal) songs. | Man, I can't believe it's been two years since I first read of a Nevermore dvd in the works. 2006 wasn't a great year for Nevermore due to illnesses left and right, the worst being former guitarist Steve Smyth experiencing kidney failure due to a congenital birth defect. This show was originally set for September 12 in Bochum, Germany. Unfortunately, Warrel had an infection, and had to be hospitalized. The show was later rescheduled for October 11. | I bought this when it came out in vinyl as my first album. This is classic; I can't believe my taste was that good back then. Not a bad song on here. Even the instrumental YYZ is well worth a listen. If you haven't listened to Rush, then I have to warn you there is often something to get you thinking in the lyrics. I personally think this is their best album overall, but I have probably listened to The Trees off Hemispheres more than any other single Rush song. |
