| What's with the never-ending Christmas theme? We all love holidays, but come on! Also, the scaling back of vocals does not make this genre of music better.. it makes it worse. Look for other, more interesting artists who are using multiple vocal layers. Enya is too far out of touch now. |

| I was so excited to receive this CD. The music sounds lovely, except I cannot understand all but one (Amazing Grace) song. Amazing Grace is beautiful and probably the only song I play since it's the only one I know/understand! |

| My first listen was a little tainted....in fear Mutt Lange was going to turn these guys into 80's Def Leppard. Def Lep is great, but I like Nickelback's sound and didn't want a change. Besides Leopardized backing vocals on a few of the songs, Lange didn't do much in my opinion.
Tracks 1,2,3, 8 and 9 are my favorites, but after many a few listens, every song will grow on you. |

| If you like Bocelli. You will love this. It is the same feel of most of his albums. Just more great singing and great mood setting. He is so talented it is wonderful to blast his voice in your car. It really transports you to a better place. |

| There's a joke there that you'd get if you read my review for Keane's new album, Perfect Symmetry (sorry, couldn't find a link). Overall, it's a rather slow album that just kind of hangs around in the zone of brooding melancholy and doesn't really go anywhere. Dido has a wonderful voice but she seriously doesn't offer us anything truly exceptional to even require her inclusion into these songs. I loved "The Power of Love" and "Hallelujah" even though most of the songs on "The Promise" are in Spanish it was still very beautiful to listen to. On the deluxe edition of "The Promise" you can pop the cd into your DVD player for three special features! If your a fan of any kind of opera you will love this very talented operatic quartet!

| Kilburn is a good show. But as previously noted it is a little sloppy, and Pete needs to be much further up in the mix. I don't mind sloppy, hey it's rock and roll. But the boys sound a little lethargic. (Especially when compared to the 69 show.) Pete is jumping around and dancing and windmilling like a madman, but the musical energy to back up the antics is just not there for good portions of the show.
