| Once again I feel compelled to comment on Emmylou's music. When I first saw this disk I read various reviews here whining that this album is a "downer" and the like. I smiled to myself and bought it without a second thought. I would have bought it no matter what the reviews said. Yes, Emmylou sings about pain, but she also sings about redemption and perseverance, the dawn that follows the darkness. Anyway, what price do you put on music that brings tears to your eyes?

| An absolutely wonderful product and combination of two superb talents but unfortunately, Willie's voice is apparantly gone. I have an old vinyl of Willie doing "Stardust" many years ago and the comparison is saddening.
I wish these two had done this before all Willie could do is talk the song because his timing and touch has not withered. Robin |

| I have to admit I'm in love with Jennifer Nettles. But just because I'm a bit biased doesn't mean that this isn't the album that all us Sugarland fans were waiting for. "Joey" is absolutely haunting. Impossible to pick the next "single" because there are at least eight tunes on this CD that could be smash hits. And not to take anything away from Mr. Bush---it is great to hear him sing more!!!! | Trace Adkins won me over totally after seeing him in concert in March.He is a great entertainer and has a wonderful deep voice to listen to. I enjoy variety in my country music and this cd delivers that. He is able to sing the funny sarcastic songs as well as the heart felt ballads. You're Gonna Miss This never fails to bring a tear to my eye and not too many songs do that to me. When you can touch my heart with your music I am a fan for life. Wonderful CD! |

Probably never, but if "Country Radio" Program Directors are smart, they'll grab this CD and run with it. Other reviews here talk about how Campbell (always a great interpreter, not a composer) will appeal to the young pop audience.
