| In this era of full cast recordings and double Cds (ie Hairspray,Dreamgirls)_that features ALL music from a movie, why are so many tracks from the movie missing? Especially the big showy cast numbers at the end of the film?????? I mean the movie and the music are hardly music theatre masterpieces, but if you want to buy a soundtrack CD these days, one expects the whole movie on the soundtrack, with one disc CDs running to 73 minutes this 60 odd minute job is very disappointing from this perspective. ... | I got this CD as "a surprise comes in the mail"for my 10 yr old niece, who is of course, wild about the Jonus Brothers and Demi Lovato. She loves to get stuff in the mail! She left me a thank you voicemail the day she received it, and I swear I could hear her screams a mile away: Perfect, awesome, you rock, it rocks, etc etc.. Is's a great CD - highly recommended by this Aunt of a 10 yr old girl.

| This is one of the best CD I have bought in a long time. Pretty much all songs are great (I don't particularly care for a couple of them...). I must say though, if you watch the movie before you listen to the CD, I think you will enjoy the songs even more...

| Watching the movie leaves you wanting more...so having the sound track is the closest thing. If you loved the quirky plot and excellent acting, you'd love the weird, rough-around-the-edges music, which was the amusing background to the story line. I also liked the bits of information given inside the CD cover. |

| My girlfriend had been waiting to put this CD in the car. She enjoyed it from the opening track to the final beat. If you loved the show or the movie, this is a must-have. |

| My daughers love this soundtrack and ask to hear it all the time. They dance all over the place. Newer versions are more hip and up to today's standards so makes fun for everyone to listen. Great buy! |

| Wow. I should have carefully read the reviews. There are some tracks on here that spark memories of the movie (purpose of a soundtrack, perhaps?). There are tracks that seem to be missing. The tracks that are here are... out of order? What gives with that? Didn't the producer of this product watch the movie? Do the studios have any idea why we don't care to support their RIAA blunders, or their 'product'.
This is a lousy excuse for a soundtrack. It offers precious little to 'add' to the film ... Read More: |
