| My vinyl copy of this (in excellent condition) sounds great. It's well recorded, with minimized audience sound. Beck displays his signature guitar work over the rockin' rhythm section of Appice and Bogart. They had been playing together as Vanilla Fudge, and then as Cactus for years before joining up with Beck finally, after he recovered from injuries from a car wreck. | I really liked this soundtrack and I really liked this movie. At least it didn't have any Hilary Duff music in it but it had fun, uplifting music. Let me just say, it's a romance soundtrack; a fun, and romantic soundtrack. I bought this soundtrack summer of 2005, and I still listen to it often. It's fun! But maybe it could do without the Robert DeYoung songs!

| So I am an instrumental fan, and this album fits nicely into my collection. This has about 4 really good songs that blend nicely with everthing from Tommy Guerrero to King Black Acid. I found the tones very interesting, in classic Jeff B form, low on viruosity and high in creativity. He has come a long way from Cream, but it is also back to the instrumental vibe that he was doing back in his stevie Wonder funk phase. |

| The thing you have to be prepared for- which I wasn't- before buying this is: (if you know Guero inside and out) most of these songs will sound a bit off. The vocals I've become accustomed to hearing over Beck's strange fusion mix on the original album sound alien to hear over the soundscapes created by the remix artists here. There is only one track I could say is better than the original, and thats E-Pro, Girl is as good as the original, but the rest are inferior. | This is an album you've probably been waiting to purchase forever. Don't hesitate, it is as good as advertised. Jeff Back & Rod Stewart together in a matchup that did not last long enough. I saw Jeff Beck in a medium-sized club two years ago : still awesome after all these years. |

| I really dig this single. The version of Soul Suckin' Jerk took a little getting used to because I grown up on the original. But after listening for a while I started to really appreciate the differences. The other songs are all classic Beck. Very much in the same style of Mellow Gold. If you enjoyed Mellow Gold, I see no reason why you wouldn't like this. |

| This music is appropriate for loyal fans of the Sound of Music and for young children. I don't think these four would survive as a professional performing group without the advantage of their grandparents' name -- their singing is pleasant but not memorable. |
