| I would not recommend the purchase of a magazine subscription from Amazon since it takes twice the time to receive your first issue. Becasue of that I have not received an issue to review it properly yet. I will purchase all subscriptions direct from the publisher especially if its the same price as this was. |

| I have received 2 copies and really enjoy the magazine, the stories very greatly, and are well written, a great mag to sit and enjoy a good cup of tea with. |

| OMG, the reviewer below is a harsh critic of this magazine. Frankly, I love it, yes it's not the New Yorker, but Chr*st what is, it's just a fun read, dude. I enjoy the gossipy articles on the ends and out of Dallas, I know some of the people they write about and im amazed how accurate they are. I admit, I could not wait for the issue on the most expensive houses in dallas, or the best neighborhoods or the gossip on Mayor Miller. | I saw this magazine when I was on vacation in the south and subscribed immediately when I got home. I've yet to run into a bad recipe from this magazine. It reminds me of what Southern Living used to be before they changed it. A bit pricey, but you'll keep every dog-eared copy. |

| This Chicago magazine subscription was a christmas present. The magazine is o.k., but usually ends up in the garbage. There are too many ads and not enough information on the "real" chicago. I do like some of their articles, but again, usually, it ends up in the garbage. |

I enjoy lots of gardening magazines, but most of them are East-coast centric and simply don't apply to our state's unique gardening requirements.
