| Beautiful photography and pretty good writing are the hallmarks of this magazine. It focuses on locations rather than on tying, equipment, or other issues. Those of us who live in Washington and Oregon are lucky to have a magazine of this quality dedicated to our area. I get more out of "Northwest Fly Fishing" than any of the half dozen other fly fishing publications I susbcribe to. |

| After subscribing to a number of home & garden magazines, I have found that only Southern Accents has that truly southern timeless style that is really inspiring. Porches with fans, crown molding galore, regal touches of gold, french antiques, etc, etc. With regard to the reviewer who claimed that this is European and not Southern... where did he/she think the style and culture of New Orleans came from??? |

| Charlotte Magazine has improved greatly during the 4 years I've lived in Charlotte. My impression 4 years ago was that the articles didn't have much depth and covered the local area with an almost marketing like view of Charlotte (everything's great here!). It just didn't present balanced and critical content as you would find in a great city magazine such as the Washingtonian. Great gift ideas, including those you can mail-away for (for those of us who live away from home.) Wonderful, delicious recipes (every one I tried was a hit!), tips on decorating and presentation that are absolutely flawless - endless tips from a varying source of experts - I hope I always have a subscription to this magazine! | We live in Texas, so I thought this magazine would inspire some Texas adventures. While the magazine is great, be prepared to wait a long time to get this after you order. I ordered in mid-April and actually got the first issue in mid-July and that was the August issue. In this day and age of technology, why does it take so long to get a magazine out? I know they say 6-10 weeks but that IS a very long time. They need to stream line these orders. If you are into instant gratification, get your copy monthly at the store. |
