I have to admit that I don't have money for travel and haven't since I started getting this magazine 3 years ago, BUT I still love it! It's just fun to learn about new places, AMAZING pictures, and cool to hear other people's wild adventures! Love this magazine and have hooked 5 friends so far..

I got a subscription for my neice's 4th birthday (she started reading early) and she reads it voraciously from cover to cover once its in the mail. She really likes it. Personally, I could do without the games that sends subliminal messages that the princess has to get to the prince to win and would rather they focus more on characters like Belle and Mulan, rather than Cinderella-types. Sorry, but in reality when you wish upon a star, you'll still get beat by people who didn't and instead worked ... Read More:

It's been over a month and nothing yet in the mail. I know it's a good magazine, but the waiting after paying so long ago is not...one other thing I've noticed when subscribing to these mags, they try to short you on the 'year' thing. If they truly think that because I paid October 10 (and haven't yet rec'd a copy by Nov 25) that Oct. is my renewal date...

I wanted to give this magazine subscription as a gift but was unable to order it with a gift card or gift notice. I had to call the recipient to tell him to be on the lookout for the magazine to start in 4 to 6 weeks. It would be nice if you offered a gift option with your magazine subscriptions.

Received two issues so far. Magazine is packed with 4 and 5 star information and as most magazines like this, too many advertisements.
I do enjoy reading it.

If you're a political junkie, probably more left leaning, then the weekly edition of Washington Post hits the spot. This edition includes indepth reports, articles, and their opinion columns for the past 7-10 days of each issue. After living in Washington, D.C. for four years, I got spoiled with the every day and behind the scenes reporting conducted by the Washington Post. This weekly edition is second only to the daily editions. I think it's a better choice than buying the Sunday edition available ... Read More:

Cowboys and Indians is a modern American West magazine. That is, while there are historical articles and references here and there, the emphasis is on the here and now - modern western-themed fashion, art, architecture, events and happenings, and so on.

This is a very high-quality magazine with superb production values. Lots of photos, superbly reproduced. Printed on heavy, glossy stock. Tons of content. Typically there is at least one celebrity article with western connections per issue (recent ... Read More:

As a native of the Midwest, I find living in Pennsylvania to be a little bit of an adjustment. Midwest Living keeps me informed of all the events should we travel that way (which we do fairly often), and I love the articles!

I just finished looking through the December issue of Southern Living. I have either subscribed to, or bought from the newsstand, Southern Living magazine for nearly 25 years. The recent changes, however, have left me both uninspired and sad. The sleeker redesign was, according to SL's editor John Alex Floyd, Jr., to acknowledge the changing South (my paraphrase). Well, I'm a born and bred Southerner, and I thought SL was perfect the way it was. The new emphasis is now on being green, eating healthy, and decorating New York ... Read More:
