| More erudite and orthodox than Christianity Today, but not as impenetrably cerebral as First Things. I have subscribed to numerous Christian-themed publications over the year, and Touchstone is my favorite to date. It covers topics in literature, religion, science, art, music, politics, and culture from an orthodox Christian point of view. | I started reading the magazine in college. Utne was the first magazine I ever really enjoyed reading, I suddenly "got it". I would really like to subscribe to this magazine but, they have an automatic renewal policy, and I am personally against anyone taking my money without permission. I also don't subscribe to anything by Rodale Publishing for this reason; Men's Health, Fitness, Prevention, etc. |

| When I first found JAMA, I ordered all the back issues available, and I've read most of the articles, so I have a pretty good sense of this journal. JAMA was founded as an attempt to have a real honest-to-goodness peer-reviewed academic journal on Asian martial arts, and in the first years, it published some good, interesting, exploratory articles. | I have been a fan of Teacher's Helper for years. (17 to be exact!) If I had to give up all but one of my teacher subscriptions, this is the one I would keep.
