Never mind the near naked women photos, the articles look like they were written by two year olds on a cheap PC Computer. Just wind. No fact finding, no uncovering news from reliable sources, NOTHING. It is trash magazine that has Gossip which makes the National Enquier look good.

I subscribe to 3 mens magazines:
- Best Men
- Esquire
- GQ

Of the 3, GQ has possibly the best style tips, merchandise, and fashion articles. However, the other articles aren't so well written as Esquire, whose approach is usually on the humorous side. Best Men, well, it has a very down-to-earth approach to writing, which may or may not be loved (sometimes I find it a little too serious of a tone in a magazine).

All in all, each magazine serves an individual ... Read More:

PLAYBOY just isn't what it was even as soon as ten years ago. Major celebrities don't pose for it; the ones who do are of the "Oh, I remember her" variety, the interviews aren't revelatory, and "The PLAYBOY Forum" has been supplanted by The Huffington Post, Daily Kos, et al. "Grapevine" is a pathetic collection of six-month old paparazzi nipple-slip photos, the fiction is just OK, and the fashion pages are nothing compared to what you'll find in Details or Nylon Guys.

Personally I'm also ... Read More:

I have been a subscriber for 3 years. Specifically I have been getting Cosmo/Marie Claire combo subscription for $20. If not for that I don't know if I would read Marie Claire. I prefer Cosmo, but I do like Marie Claire. I like their feature stories & their reviews of best music/books/DVD every month. A good read. It's true that now you can get it for $5 a year. I'm not a big magazine person, but I like this one.

Vogue has been the top fashion magazine for decades. If you want to know upcoming fashion designs from the world's greatest designers, you will want to read Vogue. Always a thick, lushly photographed production, you always get more than your money's worth subscribing to Vogue.

This magazine is a major plus in all departments, flirty, informative, trendy, and flattering with reasonable, realistic advice (which you can either take or leave -- a major plus is that it isn't mainly centered on size 2 waifs and makes sound fashion and beauty advice for the every woman).

Of course some of this is so over the top one would never dare to to buy some of these products though the fun part is looking and there is so much sound advice that the reader/consumer is then able to make realistic ... Read More:

I'm a big fan of Cosmo, and this is the cheapest subscription I've found. It's also way cheaper than buying each magazine individually.

For the last 8 years or so, I have collected editions of Instyle. I never meant to start collecting it, but it's the kind of magazine I can't throw away because of all the gorgeous photos and quality of this publication. They show the insides of celeb homes (even though they move on a whim and these houses probably have new owners) and fashions and beauty tips etc. It's honestly the only magazine I do buy. I love all the event pictures they show that I've not seen in other mags. It's a complete mix of other peoples styles ... Read More:

I do not know what is more repulsive about this rag. The unreadable writing or all the photos of the models that look so thin, they must have gone on crash diets to look that way while dangering their own health in the process.
