| After a while of making scrapbook pages, you sometimes have a mind block and need new idea. The how-to information is great. Love to look through it for new ideas and tools. I don't copy the entire pages, for instance I noticed that one illustrated page had cut along the pattern of the paper and made a cute border. Someone wanted to know what to do with left over letters that didn't spell a word. They made a cute bottom border with them overlapping each other. |

| A lot of the reviewers here have mentioned problems with one cover story. Don't let that put you off this mag. It and its sister mag MAKE are great. They show a different look at the craft industry than you get when you look in chains like Michaels and Hobby Lobby. Craft and diy are huge and it's not all about scrapbooking and decorative painting. | I like the magazine, except for all the prefabricated items required, and the number of projects which absolutely require a particular rubber stamp to complete. I'm not into rubber stamping. It's a good magazine for inspiration, just not a whole lot of "do it this way" ideas because I don't have access to many of the products.
