| Just got the Sept/October 2008 issue. They are reducing issues/year to 6. What does that mean for those of us who subscribed at the old rate? Checking my address label, I got "one year" at the old rate, for a reduced number of issues.
Now for the review: I have gotten this magazine for years, and I think it's the best quilt magazine around. It's a good mix of articles, ads and patterns. |

| This magazine presents itself as a source for opera singers on auditions and news about the business. The reality is that it's a very depressing publication, which does not really help young singers to build their career. The articles are not very intersting (and most of the time badly written and poorly researched) and the info about auditions is not always up to date. | I have always had house cats and especially appreciated the article on how to catch them when they manage to escape. I have a lot of health issues and my cat is very important to me and your magazine helps me know how to take the best possible care of her. She gets regular vet visits as well as lots of love and care at home. Thanks for your hard work. |
