I was looking for a magazine that would publish interviews of various painters working in various styles who would explain their techniques and experiences as working artists. | I first started reading Donna Hay during a visit to Australia and I have been hooked since. It is a fabulous magazine that presents good quality ingredients in fresh and simple recipes. Fantastic plating, beautiful pictures, and lots of good practical knowledge.
However, the price Amazon is currently charging for a subscription, US$96.70, is too much. An international subscription, purchased direct from Australia is AU$96. The US dollar is not 1:1 with the Australian dollar (yet), so why does it ... Read More: |

| My impression of mainstream American food magazine is that they focus on mostly hearty meals and thick, dense, and rich desserts, which is not what Ij'd like to include in my diet. Delicious magazine is different, it has a lot of refreshing and light dishes. It is more expensive then the other magazines probably because it's being imported and printed in Australia (instead of printed in China like other books nowadays).

| This is always a pleasure to get, great photos all the time and some awesome articles, haven't been dissapointed as of yet..
The price is a little steep, but the actual magazine is larger then other magazines and the paper they use is really sturdy and quality, so you are getting your money's worth. |
