| I own a restaurant and use these chillers for our white wines. We are an unpretentious place, but serve wines that sell for up to $125 a bottle. With that said, these chillers look great on the table and do justice to even the more expensive wines. The price is fantastic and the quality is pretty good.
We have had a problem with the kitchen staff using the chillers for hot liquids at times and this results in cracking of the steel inside the chiller, so I would not recommend using these ... Read More: |

| This is a wonderful product initially. It's easy to use and the cork just slides out effortlessly. However, the screw that it uses soon wears out. This can happen in as little as 3 to 6 months or so depending on how much wine you drink. I assume that the teflon coating wears off or the tip dulls. In any event, it then becomes increasingly difficult to use until it starts pushing the cork in the bottle. They throw in one extra screw, but additional ones are outrageously priced--$10 on Amazon. | Nice idea, poor product. I have had 5 of these fail on me with only a few months use. The lever becomes very stiff. Eventually the linkage inside the stopper breaks rendering the lever useless. OXO customer service sent immediate replacements however all the replacements have failed as well. It's time for OXO to go back to the drawing board on this one! |

| I ordered six boxes of these glasses = 24 of them. Out of the 24, only six were salvageable after shipping. They were not packaged properly - absolutely no bubble wrap used - and were shattered. I will NOT order something breakable like this from Amazon again. This is a huge disappointment! |
