Normally I would return a broken product but with today's postal rates, it will cost me close to the purchase price to return it. | This wine glasses are separate from the pack because their design, quality of the crystal and feeling. For a bourdeaux or a cavernet, there is nothing like a good transparency, a nice design that lead the bouquet rigth into your nose and the correct weight feeling.

| I have >100 Riedels and I use them as my everyday wine glasses. I love the difference it makes on the tasting of the wines. I have now done several demonstrations for my friends and they all agree that it really enhances the experience of tasting the wines.

| I ordered these as a gift for a relative. This was a good value for this item. But, when they arrived, one of the goblets was smashed. This was due to the person who packed these.The box had no warning of care, and no extra packing.I have ordered these before, with no problem.To Amazon's credit,there was no problem in sending them back.But, I am still waiting for credit on my credit card. |

| We really love these glasses. I'm incredibly clumsy, so I have broken a few, but that's certainly not the fault of the glass! They are light-weight, elegant and fit perfectly into the dishwasher. We like them so much that we tend to use them for everything we drink - not just wine, even our 3-year-old drinks water from them at meal time. |

| As a bartender, I have gone through quite a few bad wine tools but this is not one of them. I was delighted with this foil cutter and so far it has held up to daily use. It's very sharp which allows for fast removal. I would put it up there with my Screwpull Foil Cutter ~ maybe even better as I've had several of those break. |
