| On Thanksgiving we were shocked to open up our china storage cases and find that the green band on our Spode was chipping off. Mind you, these plates have been used only a few times over the past 12 years. We store them in cushioned cases, with bubble wrap between each plate. We have NEVER put them in the dishwasher. They have been treated and stored with great care as they were a gift from a deceased loved-one.

| This is a very nice set. I like the extra heavy, rounded flat base and appearance.
The photo may be misleading due to the background. I originally thought these had a smoke tint to them although the product description doesn't state that. So, it turns out they are indeed clear. The reason for 4 stars and not 5, I have one glass that is wobbly while all the others seem to be flush and stable on a flat surface. |

| I had been hunting for these for 9 months. I bought my sister the Winterberry service for twelve with numerous matching pieces. I was sick I couldn't find the salt & pepper shakers. I put myself on email alert, which I thought would never happen, it did!! I bought my sister 2 sets and they were great. Really nice sized and the pattern is beautiful. What a great addition and she was truly pleased. |

| I have one of these plates but did not get it until I was in my 50's. I use it multiple times/year and record what the occasion was for on the inside of the box (that way I can put the plate in the dishwasher). Recently I gave this as a wedding gift. Think of all the history that might be built around this plate! |

| These little ramekins are fantastic for individual servings of dessert, fruits, dips, etc. Just the perfect size and go into the oven or the microwave. I also use them on a candle warmer--put a votive candle in to melt and it fragrances the room.
No kitchen should be without these handy little bowls. |

| I've had one set of these dishes for five years and just purchased another matching set to go with my larger apartment. They are pretty difficult to break - I have a history of breaking dishes while washing them, and I've never broken any of these, despite wearing slippery gloves while rinsing them. The plain, dark white design is great for table setting - it highlights your pretty napkins and/or centerpiece without giving the table that cluttered look. |

| This salt keeper is rather large but that is not my issue. The tops would not line up when closed so it is always a little off and the top salt portion completely came off a bit too easily for me. I would recommend spending a few more dollars for a better quality salt keeper. |
