| Be aware that the manufacturer does not warranty the cannisters! As a "one-time courtesy" they agreed to replace my small cannister when it developed hairline cracks after a couple of months of use. Love the concept, but the product really needs a re-design. When they work, they are great. Just be warned that the money you spend may be for throw away products. |

| Really easy to install, took me about 30 seconds to drill it all in. Fits about 3 reidel vinum glasses per row! Far more than I thought.

| I own this item and use it often. I grew lots of fresh herbs this year and I continue to buy them too. They weren't lasting very long. I was wasting money for a few tablespoons of herbs. This herb keeper works. The herbs will keep ten days or better. I now own two. Now here's a secret go to HSN and find the same product with a pickle keeper for less. It a two-fer I don't know How long it will last. |

| This Item looks nice and seems sturdy, but I am disappointed with the selection of spices I was sent. Many of them I have never heard of and will probably never use, while many common spices (ie. seasoned salt, cinnamon, garlic salt, nutmeg, etc.) are missing. The packaging slip states you are sent whatever is available at the time of shipping. At least if there were avariety of colors of spices it would look nicer just sitting on the counter, but they are all very dull colors - not like the picture. I ... Read More: |

| My only issue with this item is that it didn't last very long. After about a year of very moderate use, the lining degraded and started coming off. To be fair, perhaps I should've been rinsing and drying it after each use, but somehow it just felt like not the best use of time. And now that I think about it, I am not that sure that it would've lasted longer if washed...

| This definately does not perform the way I had hoped it would. The wire racks are very flimsy and the weight of the cans causes the rack to lean sideways. This definately was not a good buy. The idea of the product is great, but the construction is very poor. |

| We never tried the product. Just could not get past the very long list of daily cleaning steps. This was going to be used for my husband who is at work at home employee and for when we had people over for coffee. I don't have 15+ minutes a day to clean this item! |

| I thought this was the perfect solution to tidying up my kitchen counter, but was sadly disappointed when the product arrived. Three of the four screws that attached the hinges to the box were pulled out and could not be screwed back in (the holes were too large). And the compartments are indeed too small for all but one brand of tea bags that I use. Overall, the box did not seem very well made and I ended up sending it back for a refund, which Amazon promptly provided. |
